The committee is happy to receive comments and suggestions at any time throughout the year, but this is your main chance to raise any issues or ask any questions &#8211; or to put yourself forward if you would like to participate in the running of the club.<\/p>\n<p>We do hope to see as many of you there as possible &#8211; but if you are unable to make it and would like a point discussed, then please send it to a committee member in advance and we will be happy to make room for it on the agenda.<\/p>\n<p>And if you would like to stand for any position in the club, please could you let the acting club secretary, Duncan Nightingale (littlegogs@hotmail.com 0789 973 1219), know seven days before the AGM.
